Jwalant Gurung – Chief Adventure Officer
A Nepal native, Jwalant’s passion is the outdoors. Born and raised in the shadow of Annapurna, his quest for adventure was stoked early in life. Any place in Nepal, Bhutan and Tibet – he has either traveled or plans to visit in the very near future. A 2006 University of Washington MBA graduate, Jwalant is constantly creating new itineraries for his clients. His near-term travel plans include the Steppes of Mongolia, the Kanshung Face of Everest in Tibet and Ladakh’s Spiti Valley. He also manages Crystal Mountain Treks, our sister company in Nepal.
Pam Perry – Director of Operations
A passionate traveler, Pam manages Grand Asian Journey’s U.S. Office. She handles all client inquiries, bookings, marketing and administrative tasks. After 15-years in the public relations industry, Pam switched careers after a year-long journey, largely through Asia. She is infinitely curious about the world and its people, and passionate about sharing some of the world’s most remarkable places with our clients. Currently, she’s developing exciting new itineraries for Bhutan, India and Vietnam!
