Treks and Tours

Departures are April through May, and September through December.

Splendor of the Eastern Himalayas

On the Splendor of the Eastern Himalayas, as the name suggests, you will be mesmerized by the splendor of the Eastern Himalayas in Nepal, India (Sikkim and Darjeeling) and Bhutan. Eastern Himalayan Kingdoms: Sikkim and Bhutan

Pilgrimage of the Heart: Simikot to Mt. Kailash

Highlights of China and Tibet

After exploring major sites in Beijing, including a hike along a partially reconstructed section of the Great Wall, we board a plane for our flight over the Himalayas to the Buddhist capitol of Lhasa. From Lhasa we’ll travel overland by four-wheel drive. We will visit Gyantse and Shigatse, home to Tashilhunpo, the largest functioning monastery in Tibet. From Lhasa we'll take a flight to Chengdu, China. Here, we will visit the endangered pandas at the Giant Panda Breeding and Research Center for an opportunity to see and feel the rare pandas. Group departure in October with a Western Leader.
